- Like the majority of JAM programs, this is a self-officiated league.
-FALL: Wednesday 8 weeks. Thursday 11 weeks.
- Each team will play 1 x 50 minute game (i.e. 3 sets), against one opponent.
- Two weeks of playoffs for all teams.

Wednesday games will be played at St. Hubert CES (850 Lorne Ave, North BayP1B 8M2).
